I've discovered that I have to exit DisplayFusion entirely if I want to use Quicken.
If DisplayFusion is running when I start Quicken, Quicken no longer recognizes mouse clicks on anything other than the main menu items.
Exiting DisplayFusion after Quicken has started doesn't help.
If Quicken is started while DisplayFusion is NOT running, it works.
It continues working if DF is started after quicken is up.
This is Quicken 2016 on Win7 Pro.

That does seem to have fixed the problem.

Resurrecting this thread. I'm running Quicken r33.24 (subscription software) and if DF is running at the same time, Quicken slows down to an unusable pace (10-15 seconds when switching between accounts, 10 seconds between transactions, crashes when trying to reconcile, etc). Disabling DF causes Quicken to run fine. I'd be interested in possible fixes to this behavior.

At first, I thought that it did NOT fix the problem. However, I've gone back in to DF settings, and I see that the compatibility rule for quicken that I created has disappeared. So I've re-created the compatibility settings, disabling hooks, and Quicken definitely works at normal speed with this fix.
