v3.1.6 Office 2010 beta & title bar buttons

Jon,
Title-Bar buttons disappear (and sometimes return) in all Office 2010 beta applications after a time.
DF log attached 2 Offices apps running - buttons have disappeared from both.

Since the first few times after upgrade, but nothing since. Maybe the old hooks were still loaded.
