Hi there.

I run a virtual session most of the time on one of my monitors, which has the unfortunate effect of overlapping the taskbar, as per the attached image. IS there a way around this, can the taskbar be switched off on specific monitors ?

Right-click the DF taskbar on that monitor, select the Multi-Monitor Taskbar menu, then under the Position sub-menu select Disabled.

To re-enable the taskbar, you'll have to go into the DF Settings, and under the Taskbar group click Enable All Taskbars.

You're welcome. I know that it took me a little bit to get used to finding the taskbar-specific options in the context menu.

Thanks @deanis!

@James: You may also be able to leave the taskbar enabled, and just disable the "Show taskbar in front of fullscreen applications when they lose focus" option on the DisplayFusion Settings > Taskbar tab. That should keep the taskbar behind the fullscreen application at all times.

Unfortunately not, the Windows taskbar behaves this way by default, and I haven't been able to find any applications that can change that behaviour.

Sorry!
