Ok, this is hard to describe but, in a case of a background spanning two monitors (exact same type) the picture does not line up across monitors. Also if I drag a window and have it separated across two monitors, it will not line up either. How do I make them line up ? Windows 10:-[

Hi Bruce,

Could you send me over a screenshot, or video of the issue?

Could you also send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks!

Here you go. Looking at the monitors Monitor 2 is actually the one on the left. Shouldn't matter the windows don't line up is what problem is.

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for sending that over. It looks like your monitors themselves aren't lined up, which might be causing this. If you open up the Monitor configuration screen, can you shift your 2nd monitor down so they line up, and see if the issue persists?

Let me know how that works!

Ok, you passed the test. You Got an "A". I had not idea you could do that, just move the screen like that. Not sure how it got that way, but I don't care. That fixed it ! Thanks!!!!
