Hello everyone,

I'm looking for some help configuring DisplayFusion, as I've run into a very annoying issue.

My Setup:
I'm using a setup with three identical monitors and an NVIDIA card. For daily desktop work, I use the standard Windows mode "Extend these displays". Each monitor is seen by the system as a separate screen, and that's how I want it to stay. I only enable NVIDIA Surround mode exclusively for gaming.

The Problem:
My problem appeared after installing DisplayFusion. Before, without this program, everything worked perfectly and logically: when I opened a browser window (e.g., with YouTube) on my left monitor and clicked "Maximize", the window would fill only that left monitor. The same thing happened on the center and right screens.

Now, after installing DisplayFusion, when I maximize a window on any of these three monitors, it stretches across the entire width of all three screens at once, as if Surround mode was enabled, even though I'm working in extended desktop mode.

My Question:
What option in DisplayFusion do I need to enable or disable to restore the normal, standard maximization behavior? I want a window, after pressing the "Maximize" button, to fill only the one, single monitor it is currently on.

I've tried looking through the settings, but there are tons of options and I can't find the right one that's responsible for this. It seems that for some reason, DisplayFusion is treating my three separate monitors as a single, combined space.

Thanks in advance for any help and tips!

Regards.

DisplayFusion shouldn't be having any effect here if you don't have your monitors split. If you just exit DisplayFusion, does your maximize start working normally?
