A recent AVG and Avast antivirus update is preventing DisplayFusion 9.9 from launching on some systems.
If you're running into this issue, please update to the latest DisplayFusion 10.0 Beta.

Toggle Active Window Transparency

This is a modified version of one of the transparent functions that uses a static 25% but instead of 2 separate functions that we have in the library, allows assignment of this single function via hotkey and/or titlebar button to effectively toggle the active window either 25% transparent, or back to 100% opaque.

// - Jump List owner when run from a Taskbar Jump List
// - Currently focused window if none of these match
