The new "Allow the mouse wheel to scroll windows under the mouse cursor that aren't focus" is great, but it doesn't seem to work if the window in focus is IE, or if trying to scroll IE when another window is in focus.
DF Pro 5.1, IE 9, Win 7 Pro SP1 64-Bit.
