I've been trying out DisplayFusion Pro with a trial key. Everything works great except for the Window Management -> "Enable maximized winodw dragging between monitors" option. The suboption, "Show monitor selector while dragging", doesn't work either.
To elaborate, it worked when I first installed DisplayFusion. After a few restarts, it just seemed to die. Every once in a while it decides to work -- I'll be able to move a select few of my windows (ex, Netbeans but not Firefox) to different monitors. I'm unsure what caused this.

I've tried:
  • Restarting my computer
  • Restarting DisplayFusion (after it loads on startup and isn't working -- sometimes works)
  • Disabling the option, restarting, enabling, then restarting
  • Updating my mouse drivers
  • Reinstalling DisplayFusion

After I reinstalled DisplayFusion, it worked until I restarted my computer. I've Googled around and browsed through the discussions but didn't find anything that would help.

This might be related to an issue where the hooks don't fully load on startup, but that should actually be fixed in 6.0.1 Beta 1. Could you try updating and let me know if you still run into any trouble?

Thanks!

It looks like that solved the problem for me -- I'm able to drag the windows between monitors now. Restarting my computer yielded the same results. DisplayFusion also kept my settings from before. Thanks a bunch!

As a small question, do you know if/when the Steam version of DisplayFusion will be put on sale?
