10.0b14 Process Created triggers stopped working

Hi,
In 10.0b14, all triggers that should activate on Process Created events stopped working. Window Created still works.
Rolled back to 10.0b13c and confirmed that all those Process Created triggers still work with that version.
Could you please look into this?

In my case a "Window Created" trigger stopped working with v10.0.b14, b13c still works.

We're aware of this issue happening on Beta 14, and we're looking into it. In the meantime, you can use the link below to roll back to beta 13 if you would like.
