10.1 Beta 5 introduces Alt-Tab issues

I have been using the 10.1 Betas and it would appear that Beta 5 prevents Alt-Tab from switching to the last viewed screen. It just keeps going forwards.
Back to Beta 4 for now I think

UPDATE: Just tested with Beta 4 and the problem doesn't exist.
