As title says, since beta 3 everytime i start chrome it wont be focused and have to be manualy clicked to be used, works fine still in beta 2

Revreted to beta 2, dont have time to do install of beta 3 again and jump through loops to make and send logs, bug should be fairly easy to reproduce on your end.

I have the same or a similar issue, intermittently:
Chrome is already open, and various windows are open, minimized to tray, or minimized to taskbar.
When I click a Chrome button on my taskbars, the Chrome window does not open or activate. Alt+Tab to view the windows does not show them, either.
I've got the L1 logging activated, and I'll submit the log when the issue recurs.
(Win 10 64-bit).
