I've already noticed this problem in previous versions but it looked like it was fixed someday as it never came up after 3.3 for me until today.

I can do almost anything with the taskbar icon ( moving around, open the preview, open the contextmenu, open a couple of more chat-windows ), but the icon stays mirrored and flipped. Actually I'm not sure when the problem occurred, I just noticed it right now.

The problem can be fixed by restarting DisplayFusion.

Which version of Windows Live Messenger are you using? I've just tested out Build 15.4.3538.513 and it seems to show up correctly.

Thanks!

I'm using the exact same version. In the past I've also noticed this error on ICQ7.5 and a very old mIRC-Version.

Is there anything I can do for you guys to help debugging ?

Strange! So it only occurs over time then?

Yep. I never have had the problem directly after starting DisplayFusion, only after a long time ( 96hrs+ ? ) while opening closing probably hundreds of windows/applications :)

Good news! I was able to reproduce it this afternoon with Windows Live Messenger. We'll have this fixed up for 3.5 Beta 9.

Thanks!

Do you frequently move VLC between your monitors? Or does the icon just get messed up after being on the DisplayFusion taskbar for a while?

VLC runs most of the time on my main screen as alway son top process. I rarely move it using the hotkeys or simple dragging.

Do you maybe think it might be related by simply moving the window?

Is it possible that it may be related to the fact that I often play games in (windowed) fullscreen?

We've just released 4.0.1 Beta 6, could you try it out and let me know if you're still running into this issue?

Thanks!
