In ver 9.7 when I click a (Scripted Functions) on a (TitleBar Button) it will run it on the window I Clicked ON not the active window of the same program.
Ex:
If I have 2 Chrome windows A and B, if window A is active and I clicked the Scripted Functions in the TitleBar of the window B it should run the Function on window B like in ver 9.7, but after updating to 9.7.1 when I do the same thing it will run the Function on the active window which is A, not to the window I clicked on.
Is this happening just with scripted functions that you have set as title bar buttons, or other titlebar buttons as well? (Ex. does it happen with the "Move Window to Next Monitor" button too?)

Thanks for sending those over. It looks like I was able to reproduce the issue on my end. I've added this onto our list to look into, so we'll be sure to let you know when we have any news on it in the future.
This issue should be fixed up in the latest beta, available here: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta. Please let me know if you still run into any trouble after updating.
