I have this set, and it works for most programs. One program, a bible program called "the word", only shows window on primary toolbar.

Any ideas why or how to fix?

Which version of DisplayFusion are you currently running? If it's 12.0.1, could you try updating to 12.0.2 Beta 7? It's working as expected when I test here with 12.0.2 Beta 7.

On the Settings > General tab, enable the "Check for new Beta (newer, unstable) versions" option
Click the Apply button
Click the "Check for Updates" button
