None of the settings change how the Windows taskbar handles open windows, but it still works on the DisplayFusion taskbar. It was working fine a few days ago, but it has since stopped working even though nothing has changed.

The Windows taskbar will always show all open windows regardless of the settings and I would like it to go back to only showing relevant windows. Anyone know how to fix the problem?

Which version of Windows are you using, and which version of DisplayFusion? Is it just some applications that stay on the Windows taskbar, or is it all applications?

I am using Windows 7 Service pack 1. DisplayFusion is 7.2. All programs behave like that.

Could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info?
  • Open the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the Copy to Clipboard button
  • Open Notepad, paste the text, and save the file
  • Reply with the text file attached
