Many times I can tell from the thumbnail or title of a window, that I just want to close it, and then it is really handy that I can just press the X and it closes while keeping the alt-tab handler open.

The normal Windows alt-tab handler has this feature. Is there an option to add a close button to the thumbnail in the DF alt-tab handler?

I also need this so that I can quickly close a few programs through ALT-TAB. It should improve user experience by adding close button. For the UI, I hope the latest DF will also conform the Windows 11 Fluent UI design.

I would like to back this request as well. Just got on the trial version and realized that this feature was missing. I thought I had the wrong settings until I discovered this posts, and that others would like to have this feature too. Hopefully more people can back this up!

Has this feature been added yet? I use it all the time and just doing some due diligene beforehand - would not purchase a product that blocks me from using it. As a prospective customer, please add my vote for this feature if it has not already been added. Thank you!

random 2025 ask... is this around yet? I already bought for other use cases, but not having this feature made me disable the Alt+Tab function.

Add my vote as well, please. This is now standard behavior, and I've lost it when moving between machines that don't have DF to machines that do have it.
