When I've got Display Fusion running, alt-tabbing seems to have it's order messed about. So pressing alt tab once goes to the desktop instead of my last active window.
It only happens if i have DF open on startup. When I exit DF, it doesn't happen, and when I start DF again, it doesn't happen aswell.
Not to sure if it's a bug or not, but it's odd either way. Anyone else have this, or any way to fix it?
Which version of Windows are you running? Do you also have the Alt-Tab Handler option enabled in the DisplayFusion Advanced Settings?

Windows 7, but yes - seems I did have alt-tab handler on DF (I remember seeing it around before but couldn't find it again).

Ok, excellent, so it's all good now after disabling the Alt-Tab Handler in the Advanced Settings?
