Alt+Tab malfunction

As you can see in the picture, some thumbnails disappears from time to time with the DF alt+tab function.

instead of this:

It's quite annoying... Is there a fix ? I hope so.

Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Click the "Export Info to File" button
Reply with the file attached

Seems not (but I want to use Start 11) and then, another issue: al+tab doesn't work when Google Chrome is the top window...
