Is there the possibility of adding the option of being able to launch the windows 8 start screen on the 2nd monitor always?
There are alternative semi-workarounds but none of the make the start screen default to the 2nd monitor. It's an annoyance to have the start screen opening on my active monitor each time (option in windows 8.1) and I hate it opening on my main monitor as it prevents me from often accessing the desktop I use most frequently.
There isn't currently a way to do this, but it is on our feature request list. I've added your vote to it, and if we're able to implement it in a future version, we'll be sure to let you know
