hi,
i use some 30fps gifs that play back totally fine in windows picture or irfanview -> when i use them as background video in Displayfusion they play back with only 10fps.
yet 20fps gifs play back with 20fps
I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Would you be able to share some of the gifs you're seeing the issue with so we can test here? Thanks!

if i reduce framerate to 20fps it works better (as it plays in 20fps) -> yet its not the same as it should be

Excellent, thanks! We'll look into this more next week and give you an update when we figure out what's going on.
Thanks for waiting! After giving this a look and some thought we think this might be caused by a codec issue with the video wallpaper feature in DisplayFusion. Just to confirm, you're using "Video Wallpaper" as the source when using these GIF images? Thanks!

i dont suspect a codec issue -> as playback in windows photos or irfanview is totally fine
it more has to do that the ONLY Displayfusion version working with any videobackground in Win11 24H2 is 11.0.5

11.1.1 still has the slow gif playback -> as i said: it cant be a codec problem, as windows pictures shows them correctly
also: if i play back the gifs with MPC they play at correct framerate
