As you can see here, normally the application (browser / discord etc) will sit above the taskbar but occasionally the application will sit behind the taskbar so i cant click anything down there until i normally do a restart and even then, it doesnt always resolve the issue.
This is on my 2nd monitor. My DisplayFusion is up to date and ive got show taskbar in front of full screen apps on loss of focus switched off.

When this happens, if you kill explorer.exe and restart it, does that fix it up?

Ive just tried this due to having the issue again and i can confirm it does fix it.

Do you have the "Let Start11 enchance the taskbar" option enabled in the Start11 > Taskbar settings?

Ive just checked in Start11 and this option is not enabled.

Ok, I can reproduce this somewhat reliably with Start11 installed. We'll see if there's anything we can do here!
