If you have it look for just the Window Class, and add a 500ms delay before checking the match condition, does that work?

Do any of the movement functions work on that window if you run them manually?

We have that column reset issue on our list to fix up as well.

Could you do the following to send me some more information about the application window:

• Install one of our other apps, Window Inspector: https://www.binaryfortress.com/windowinspector (it's free)
• Open the affected application
• Open Window Inspector
• Hover over the affected window with your mouse so that the affected window's info shows in the Window Inspector window
• Press Ctrl + Shift + F1 to freeze the timer in Window Inspector
• Press Ctrl + Shift + F2 to save the info from Window Inspector to a file
• Send me the file from the previous step

Thanks for sending that over, everything looks good there. If you use the "Window Created" event, does it fire when you first open the window? You'll need that 500ms delay there as well.

Do any other Vray windows work? I'm testing this out on my end but I can't seem to find that Vray messages window

It seems like because that window gets undocked from the main window, it's doing something weird that doesn't fire the normal created or focused events. If we find a work around there we'll let you know.

I tested Snagit here, it seems to work with a 1000ms delay, a 500ms delay isn't long enough.

We are aware of an issue with save windows failing to move with that setting as well, we have it on our list to look into.
