Hi all,

Just downloaded Display Fusion and want to see if it will help me become more productive.

Is there a way to assign which monitor to display a specific folder on? For Example, I want folders that reside on the network to be on monitor 3, folders located in my documents folder located on monitor 2, and my downloads folder to be on monitor 1 automatically.

Additionally, can this be true for each virtual desktop?

Thanks for the help,

Steven

If the Window Text is unique and consistent, you can create a trigger that uses the "Window Created" event, add in the Window Text you want it to look for, and set an action to move it where you would like. We have a guide on creating triggers here: https://www.displayfusion.com/HelpGuide/Triggers/

We don't support virtual desktops unfortunately, sorry!

Thanks Owen, I will look at the triggers and see if I can make it work.

Any chance that even basic virtual desktop support would bee added? A clean desktop to start with would help a lot.

Thanks, Steven

It's on our feature request list, if we're able to get it added in we'll let you know.

Thanks!
