ive done a fair bit of searching, and i am getting no luck, basically is it possible to make apps open windows on a different monitor? e.g. i want to have my messenger window on 2nd display(touchscreen) but would like the chats to open up on the primary display. is this possible?

At the moment such a thing is impossible, however windows does try to remember wher each window was last open. I will have to get confirmation on this but I believe it is scheduled for a version coming to you soon.
