When does the automatic grouping of taskbar buttons kick in? I would have thought that my Lync icons would be grouped sooner than this.

The Automatic setting for Grouping is just to detect the setting based on what the Windows taskbar is set to. However, DisplayFusion doesn't yet support the Group When Full option. We do still have an open feature request for it though, so I'll definitely post an update when it's available.

That clears it up. I thought Automatic == Group When Full.
