Is there a way to blacklist some programs from a trigger ? like telling the action to trigger for all application but the blacklisted ones.

You can put part of the window title in the "Window Text" condition with a hyphen in front. E.g. if you want to exclude Notepad and Chrome, you could put this in the Window Text box (the space is treated as an OR):

-Notepad -Chrome

Thanks for the reply !

Sadly it didn't work since what i'm trying to black list is Steam Chat, and it changes it name depending on the selected chat and number o open chat tabs.

Ah, gotcha. It looks like the chat window has a different Window Class than the main window, so you could try this in the Window Class condition of the trigger rule as well:

-"SDL_app"
