I'm having a rather annoying issue with a "blank" or "lack" of taskbar appearing on my second monitor while the primary monitor is on focus. It is pretty annoying since I use the monitor to watch fullscreen videos most of the time and it keeps showing a slice of my desktop's wallpaper. FYI, I don't want or selected for a second taskbar, I just want for the video to use the entire screen. Photo added for better description. Thanks.
