When I have DisplayFusion running it make my AutoCAD cursor & UI flicker\blink every second.
See attached screen vids.
When I exit DisplayFusion the issue goes away....

I just found that turning the Multi-Monitor taskbar OFF also fixes the issue.

Does this happen only when you are clicking or moving the mouse, or does it just happen every 1 second no matter what you are doing? What version of AutoCAD (including any service packs or updates) are you using?

It happens no matter what I'm doing. It's most noticeable, when I'm doing nothing or holding the mouse still in the same spot.
It happens with Acad2010 & 2009sp3, but Acad2008sp1 is fine.

I have the AutoCAD 2010 30 day trial installed and it looks fine for me. :( What video card do you have? Does it still flicker if you disable 3D acceleration?

I have ATI Fire GL V5600
Yes it still flickers with hardware acceleration turned off.
