Scenario:
If you click Viber on the system tray of DisplayFusion Multi-Monitor Taskbar it won't open no matter how many times you click it.

Could you send me over a link to download the application so I can test it out on my end?

Thanks!

Thanks for sending that over. I tested it out on my end and it seemed to work okay. If you un-pin and re-pin the application, does it work?

Thanks!

Hi, there's no problem on the taskbar icon, but on the system tray icon.
System tray icon can't be re-pinned. It's there by default.

Could you send me over a debug log? Here are the steps:

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks!

Thanks for sending that over, nothing seems to be showing up there. We still can't reproduce this on our end, but we're testing on our latest beta. Can you try updating and see if the issue persists? I'll attach a link to our beta below, you can install it directly overtop of your current install.

Thanks!
