I've got a long list of images selected - but I can't see how to clear them all without clicking on one, click remove, click the next one, click remove etc.
Suggested behaviour:
a) Alt-key R for remove
b) shift-select to multiple select files
c) 'remove all' button
This was a bit of an oversight on my part and will be corrected in the next release. I decided to go with option B on your list, so you will be able to use shift and ctrl to select multiple items.
