What setting do I need to change to put the cache someplace other than the default?

My C drive is running close enough to full that I need to put it on a different place until I get a bigger one.

(Apologies if this has been asked already, I'm a new user)

No worries! The "Override Web Images Folder" option in the Settings > Advanced Settings window allows you to set it. Just put the path there, and make sure the folder exists :)
