This is a pre purchase inquiry to see if Display Fusion can accomplish what I want.
I've installed Win 11 IoT LTSC. I have four monitors. Hopefully my attached screenshot of my Display Settings shows up. (Monitor 2 is my main display) What I am looking for is to have two of the monitors with vertical taskbars (one vertical on the left side, one vertical on the right side) and two horizontal on the bottom. My main display would be one of the bottom horizontal taskbars. Can Display Fusion achieve this?

With DisplayFusion taskbars you'll be able to control the position of each one individually. The primary monitor will still have the Windows taskbar though, which can't be moved on Windows 11.

Just to confirm, that means in a vertical position if I want (Except of course main dispaly)? Please see the attached screenshot for proposed locations of what I'm hoping for with DF. It needs to be exactly this.
