When dragging the window's name and moving it to another monitor, the window is maximized when it touches the top of the monitor. To prevent this phenomenon, the Accessibility Center's function of "preventing windows from being automatically arranged when moving from setting to the edge of the screen" was turned on.
The problem was that after setting it like this, the movement between monitors with win + cursor keys was also blocked.
Presumably, if you turn off the function of the accessibility center again and provide a function that does not maximize even if it touches the top of the screen when dragging the window in displayfusion, can you suggest both functions?

Do you only use the hotkeys to move to next/previous monitor, or do you use them to size the windows to the left/right half of the monitor as well?

It is used only to move the screen between monitors.
Is there an expedient?

At the moment it's not possible to use the Win + Left/Right keys, but you could assign something like Ctrl + Alt + Left/Right to the "Move Window to Next Monitor" and "Move Window to Previous Monitor" functions on the DisplayFusion Settings > Functions tab.
