Hello,

I know where the Jumplist is supposed to be, but I can't seem to find it on my Windows 7 system. I've searched this forum for remedies to this trivial issue, but haven't come across anything. I've attached a couple of screenshots of what I see.

Thanks,
Kaveh

It looks like they're maybe just missing from Microsoft Office apps. If you right-click the taskbar button for something else, like Windows Explorer, do the Jump List items show up?

All applications behave the same. At first I thought it might have to do with the fact that I am running nView and DisplayFusion together. I use the former for its versatile grid feature and DisplayFusion for everything else. However, even after I disable nView, I still see no Jumplist.

Could you send over a debug log? Here are the steps:
  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L2: Log Detailed" and click Apply
  • Try right-clicking a taskbar button on the DisplayFusion taskbar
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks!

Thanks! I'm not seeing anything in the logs regarding right-clicks on the taskbar button though. Two follow-up questions:
  • Did you try right-clicking on the taskbar button itself, or on the preview window that shows up when you hover the taskbar button?
  • Which programs did you try right-clicking while the log was running?
