I have a 4K display that is used as a NOC display.

The display is turned off everynight at 10 PM and back on at 7 AM.

When it is turned back on all the windows are no longer in thier proper locations. I can manually hit my hotkey to realign them.

How can I automate this? So when the resolution changes or some other event occurs have my Display Fusion Alt-F1 command key execute?
