Are the Citrix windows actually running on that machine, or are they some kind of virtual machine or remote desktop window that is being displayed on that machine? If I remember correctly, Citrix lets you see applications that are running on a central server, like a remote desktop session. If this is the case, then unfortunately DisplayFusion won't be able to manage the windows as they aren't actually running on the local machine, sorry.
