When I make any addition and apply on this page, is it also saving the profile? Because from what I can tell there's no way to save it, just save a new one with a new name, or delete the existing and save again, unless of course it's always saving to the profile?

The same thing goes for eg window profiles and wallpapers, there is no homogenuity between these windows and the save desktop icon profiles so I am confused how these work.
