I updated from 5.1 to v6 final and it all works ok with a minor annoyance.
I use desktop gadgets (yes, I know, I know...) and have Clipboard Manager (http://www.janzeman.com/ClipboardManager/).
The flyout dialog box for "Clear" history used to appear mid screen but now snaps to the right of the screen (running on 2nd monitor).
A minor annoyance I know and the snapping aspects are turned off in DF too.
System - Win 7 64 bit.
Any ideas?
Could you check the Settings > Window Management tab to see if you have the "Move child windows..." option enabled? If so, could you try disabling it to see if that helps?

Unchecking fixed it, even though it opens on the same monitor anyway...
