Since beta4 (problem also present in beta5 and beta6), the hover-over tooltip on the taskbar clock is not being displayed.
Other tooltips (Show hidden icons, systray and taskbar tooltips, Start button) are still OK.
Note: also from this version onward, opening the calendar on a secondary monitor by clicking on the clock only takes ~5 clicks on average, while before it often took minutes of clicking. (This is an improvement, just wanted to share since I suspect these effects are related.)
