I have a command prompt already open, if I right click on the taskbar icon and then click on "Launch As Admin", it opens the prompt on C:\Windows\System32>, but not as admin.
If I try to launch a command that needs admin privileges, it doesn't work.

Launching Displayfusion as admin works.
IMHO a message should popup that to open a software as admin Displayfusion needs to be opened with admin privileges.
