I have triggers to save and restore window position on lock/unlock. However, I would like to skip these triggers if I am RDPing into my machine. Is that possible?

You could use the Monitor Profile filter in the Trigger settings. Just save your desktop monitors as a profile, then tell the Trigger to only run if this profile is detected. When you connect via RDP it will probably be a different arrangement of monitors and should avoid firing the Trigger.
