Seems to mostly crash after the computer has been idle for a while.
If you head to C:\Users\(YourUser)\AppData\Local\CrashDumps, is there anything listed for DisplayFusion? If so, could you send over the latest file?

There's no displayfusion files in that folder. There's other applications, so I likely have the right folder.
I get a Windows Event log message:

I have the same issue, it's only started with the most recent update (10.1.2)
The program DisplayFusion.exe version 10.1.2.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
It happens quite often and it even makes my computer stutter, so if I'm in a game or busy with editing files, it becomes inconvenient. I've resorted to just closing the program unless I'm just browsing.
@LJz Are there any dumps in your crash dump folder?

I downgraded to 10.1.1 this morning.
Hung after 6 hours, no crashdump.
If it's hanging, you can grab a dump manually while it's hung. Once it happens, you can open Task Manager > Processes > Right click DisplayFusion.exe and select "Create dump file", and then send it over.

I downgraded again to 10.0.0
Doesn't crash, but sometime doesn't respond at all.
I did a memory dump and got a 1GB file. Attachements are limited to 50MB on this forum.
I had updated to Nvidia Studio Drivers 537.58. Might be related?
below is reference for me to my local dmp file, so I can find the file if I need to upload it somewhere.
"C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\DisplayFusion.DMP"
Could you send it over using something like WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive?

I zipped it to 200MB and put it here.

Thanks for sending that over. It has some clues in there for us so we'll add it to our list and let you know if we need any other info

Any update. 10.0.0 still crashes. I went back to 10.1.2
I did notice that sometimes it doesn't respond for a few seconds then starts. 3-4 times a day it'll just not respond and crash.
We've got a potential fix for this coming in the next beta. We should hopefully have it out in the next couple of weeks.

would like to chip in im having the exact same issue as well on 10.1.2 and 10.0.0
will be waiting for the potential fix
We've got a test build of DisplayFusion 11 Beta 1 that we're not quite ready to release to everyone through the auto-updater, but thought you might like to try out as it may resolve the issue you reported. This beta has some very big behind the scenes changes that will improve performance, speed up startup times, re-organizes the main settings window, and adds real time settings changes. We've done a lot of internal testing, but be prepared for a few bugs. We'll collect feedback over the holidays and review it all in January.
Please take a backup of your settings (Settings Options Export) before updating and store them outside of the default folder. If you need to roll back to 10.1.2, you can download it at https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/ and install it over top of the beta.
If you'd like to give it a try, you can download it here: https://www.binaryfortress.com/Data/Download/?Package=displayfusion&v11-test=1
