Carey Sundberg's profile on WallpaperFusion.com
Hi all,

Is there a simple list that shows the complete list of currently loaded profiles in one place?

I've looked all over the DisplayFusion UI and have come up empty handed. When I went to the Monitor Configuration screen, the currently Detected Profile was not displayed until after I manually loaded one from the Load Profile button.

As a follow on it would be nice throughout DisplayFusion that - wherever you see a list of the various Profiles - the currently loaded one is Highlighted or indicated with an asterisk or something. Eg. Desktop Icon Profiles: Load Profile, Save Profile, and Manage Profiles.

Perhaps there is a toggle somewhere that just needs to be turned on?

Thanks!

The only one that can really be "detected" is the Monitor Profile. The Desktop and Window Position Profiles could technically be checked for matches but adding one desktop icon or moving/opening a window would make them not "match."

At any rate, the Monitor Profile should always show as detected when the current configuration matches what's saved in the profile, so it sounds like something may just be slightly different. If you re-save the profile (click Save > profile name), that should fix that up. It should then also show as highlighted in the Monitor Profiles tray icon sub-menu.

Hope that helps!

I resaved the profile I had loaded.

Perhaps a list of "last loaded profiles" and the time loaded?"

Either way, thanks for your answers- they make sense. :)

No worries! I'll put a suggestion on our list that we add a "last loaded" profile item to the info on the Troubleshooting tab.

Thanks!
