So on my main screen the start orb is the custom one I set but on the 2nd screen managed by display fusion it is the default windows 7 version, Any way to remedy this ?

Does the program you used to customize the Start orb use the "memory patch" method, or the "resource replace" method? At the moment, DisplayFusion only supports the "resource replace" method.
Please let me know if you still run into any trouble.
