If you downloaded DisplayFusion 12.0 and are having issues with languages please re-download and re-install. We have repacked the release as 12.0c with the languages fixed.
The window text on that Spotify tab might be changing depending on what's currently running. Can you try disabling the "Window Text" match condition for that Spotify entry and see if that helps?
