I installed the 11.0 beta3 and found that the date was missing from the taskbar on the second monitor. I installed beta2 and then the first beta, with the same results. The date returned after reinstalling 10.1.2.
Debug info attached with beta3 installed.

Thanks for sending that over. Could you send me a backup of your settings as well? You can grab them via the DisplayFusion Settings Window > Options > Export Settings
