There is a very noticeable delay when I hover over icons on the desktop. The delay is with the blue under shadow thing. When I click apply on the settings the delay goes away for a few seconds maybe 1-3 seconds and then it goes back to the delay.

If you close down Display Fusion, either through task manager, or through the tray, does the issue persist?

yes the issue still persists when I close display fusion through task manager. But before installing the app, I had no issues with this

Interesting. We don't install our own drivers, so if Display Fusion isn't running, it shouldn't have any impact on your system. Can you try and run your system without Display Fusion for a day or two, and see if the issues persists?
