When I boot up or restart some of my desktop icons appear on my secondary monitory instead of the primary.
I have ensured that to the best of my knowledge any windows settings that might affect this are set correctly.
Where else should I look?

Using Desktop Icon Profile helps resolve this, but how do I prevent it happening?
