I have setup a desktop icon profile and saved it. I created a monitor configuration for the current setup and bound the icon profile to it. It never applies the desk icon profile on reboot/login. I have to manually load the desk icon profile every time.
When you login and open up the Monitor Configuration window, does it show that the Monitor Profile was detected? It should show the name of the profile in the top-left of the Monitor Configuration window if it was detected correctly.

What's strange is if right-click the icon in the systray and bring up the monitor configuration screen it then applies the desktop icon profile. It does show it detecting the profile I had saved. If I leave the GUI up it seems to restore the desktop icons. Minimized to the systray it does not.
There may be a bit of a delay when DisplayFusion starts before it will apply the desktop icon profiles. If you wait 5 minutes after DisplayFusion starts, does it apply the profile?

Nope it seems to only apply them if I have the gui brought up. I'll take some screenshots and post them of the gui tonight with the monitor config showing.
