Hi,

YES, I use AOL...laff away...am entrenched and also many of my clients use it so it helps if I do also.

Anyhow, Recent versions of AOL 9.6 & 9.7 apparently have issues with DF 3.4 (and perhaps other recent) where I try to start the AOL installer, and it begins to run, but then says Install client has stopped working (Details indicates some AppCrash within User32.dll I run Windows 7 Pro.... Or as the installer starts, it flashes a couple boxes on screen and terminates (crashes).

I hit on this by trial and error trying to upgrade to 9.7 and then trying to re-install 9.6 which worked in Safe Mode, but showed the above error in normal mode. I tried clean booting and finally hit on the DF conflict.

I was only able to find AOL 9.0. Do you have a link or a copy of the 9.7 installer handy?

Hi,
I usually get it at www.aol.com and then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and there is a link to AOL Downloads, somewhat towards the left-hand corner of the page.

Found it, tested, and confirmed the issue. We'll see what we can do to get it fixed up.

Just a quick update, DisplayFusion 3.5 Beta 11 (renamed to 4.0.0 Beta 11) is now available and should fix this issue :)
